Served as Scrum Master for multiple software engineering teams, and translated business requirements into formal User Stories.
Researched requirements from internal customers within the Xbox organization to support the development of systems to capture and analyze the sentiment of millions of gamers worldwide. Coordinated with Microsoft Research to evaluate and train machine learning technologies designed to extract meaningful insights from social media channels.
Validated the re-imagined Xbox 360 user experience and the worldwide launch of the Xbox One. Managed onsite quality assurance vendors, organized test passes with the Microsoft Test Manager application, and captured defect reports with Visual Studio Team Foundation Server.
